As Director of ATI’s Private Client Group, Michelle is dedicated to working with esteemed guests from around the world. In this capacity, Michelle fulfills a wide range of requests from emergency dental exams to private villas and jets. “My role is really quite simple,” she says. “Travel is supposed to be fun. I enjoy making dreams come true, and I love when my clients say I’ve exceeded their expectations.”

For the second year in a row, Michelle has been awarded Virtuoso Cruise Icon status, a designation granted to the top 1% of all Virtuoso advisors in North America who plan cruises.

A little background:
I’m from Chicago! The Windy City and home of the World Series Champions, THE CUBS. I grew up spending my summers on the shores of Lake Michigan fueling my love of sand and water with a lot of golf tossed in.
What are your key accomplishments on the job?
Passion for people – love the interaction with planning an incredible experience and seeing our vision come to life. My true accomplishment is earning the trust and respect of my guests and deepening our relationship.
Why did you choose to work in this industry?
Why not? I love Sales – had always had a hand in some type of sales and this industry is the most fun!
What’s your approach to customer service?
Listen closely to the true message the guest is trying to get across. I like to be able to present options and pause before speaking.

Halong Bay at Dawn – The sun filtering through and highlighting the rock formations covered in mist and the quiet of the moment will stay with me always.
What is your favorite travel memory?
Flying on the Crystal Skye as part of the Virtuoso Cruise Icons from Ft. Myers to London – only wish the flight had been longer!
What is your favorite travel movie?
The Bucket List – who doesn’t love Jack Nicholson?
Finally, what is your ultimate dream/bucket list adventure?
Flying the Crystal Skye was the ultimate travel experience of all and would be VERY hard to top – I have lived my dream!
