Luxury Cruise and Travel Consultant

A little background:
I was born and raised in Sarasota… a rare native born in Sarasota Memorial Hospital when it had only 4 floors. I graduated from the University of Florida in 1980, and after college I attended a travel school located in Ft. Myers, Florida and was instantly hooked.  My travel career began with the love of travel and intend to travel as much as possible in my lifetime. Indeed… it gets in your blood.
Why did you choose to work in this industry?
I have a passion for travel myself and selling the dream is a passion
What’s your approach to customer service?
Always treat others as you would like to be treated yourself.
I always strive to serve my clients in a positive manner and listening to what they want yet guiding them in the best course for their needs.  I pay attention to detail which is a must in our field – so many pieces that come to play when planning a journey.  I actually have several clients which I have and still enjoy growing up with. I am available to my guests the entire part of their trip.
What would your pet say about you if we asked for a reference?
My pet would say I give 150% and more.  I spoil them with extra love and attention.  I listen to their wants.
Describe yourself using only film titles.
The Art of Racing in The Rain, Mary Poppins and The Wizard of Oz.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Sunset or Sunrise in Africa… always a magical experience.
