Meet Molly Biter: molly@admiraltravel.com
Travel Designer
A little background:
I’m a Sarasota native who has always loved people, connection, and a good adventure. Before joining Admiral Travel, I spent a decade managing fine-dining restaurants, launched my own small business supporting local entrepreneurs, and stayed involved in the community through volunteer work and leadership programs. My career naturally evolved into helping others create meaningful travel experiences. I’ve always loved bringing people together, planning thoughtful details, and finding the heartfelt moments in every trip.
My background in event planning, community leadership, and working with local nonprofits taught me how to organize complex projects and care deeply about the people behind them. Today, as a Travel Designer, I combine that experience with a genuine love for discovering new places and curating journeys that feel personal and memorable.
My husband is a former Navy test pilot and now flies commercially for Delta, so our family is no stranger to spontaneous adventures. Some of our favorite memories come from quick 24-hour trips around the world, often with our three kids in tow. Friends jokingly call me “Molly Poppins” because I’m always prepared and I bring that same mindset to my clients.
I take pride in really listening, understanding what matters most to each traveler, and delivering trips that feel effortless and special. Every itinerary is a chance to create connection, joy, and stories my clients will share for years.
What are your key accomplishments in the field/on the job?
I love helping clients experience places that have meant something to me personally. When I’ve visited a destination myself, it allows me to add thoughtful touches and make sure they’re seeing the moments that truly matter. Many of our local travelers already know me through community connections, so there’s a natural trust and comfort that makes planning their trips especially meaningful.
Why did you choose to work in this industry?
It truly happened at the perfect time. I’ve always loved travel, storytelling, and creating memorable experiences, and the role combined all the things I enjoy most. Once I began planning trips for others, it felt like the exact right fit… a place where my creativity and love of people could come together.
What’s your approach to customer service?
I believe in treating people with genuine care and empathy. Understanding what a client values allows me to craft itineraries that feel personal, seamless, and thoughtfully designed. And when unexpected challenges arise, I approach them calmly and creatively to keep the experience feeling stress-free.
What would your pet say about you if we asked for a reference?
Our 15 year old shiba inu, Raja, would say that I am caring and loyal. She also would likely compliment my taste in music as we always leave good tunes on for her before we go somewhere… usually The Beatles!
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t be afraid to try something new. I’m not adventurous with every food group, but when it comes to life experiences, I’m all in. (I even went skydiving once!)
Describe yourself using only film titles.
Mary Poppins – always prepared
The Sweetest Thing – relationships first
The Social Network – community connector
Parenthood – organized chaos with love
What is your favorite/most recommended travel movie/documentary or book?
Chef’s Table on Netflix. The storytelling and cinematography are beautiful, and it highlights how cuisine can capture the spirit of a place. Every episode makes me want to book a trip immediately.
Describe the most incredible view you’ve ever seen.
The view from our honeymoon hotel in Amalfi. The Mediterranean sparkled like a glass of Prosecco!
What is your favorite travel memory?
Experiencing India for the first time is a memory I’ll carry with me forever. I went in with an open mind and left genuinely moved. Learning about the culture, traditions, and history – and seeing them come to life firsthand – was indescribable. Every person we met was warm, genuine, and humble in a way that stays with you long after you return home. And the food… incredible. It’s been hard to enjoy garlic naan anywhere else ever since!
Finally, what is your ultimate dream/bucket list adventure?
Giraffe Manor is high on my list, along with the Galapagos and Australia. Honestly, though, any destination where I can explore with my kids feels like a dream.
