A little background:
I was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. I graduated from Florida State University in 1994 with an early childhood education degree. I started my first job in a completely different field than what I studied and went on to have a wonderful and successful career in pharmaceuticals. After 10 + years in big pharma, I made the difficult decision to leave and follow my passion for travel. I started working in the travel industry as an agent with Admiral Travel and have been lucky enough to be with the agency now for over 10 years.

Why did you choose to work in this industry?
My love and passion for travel.
What’s your approach to customer service?
Treat them the same way you would want to be treated as if you were on vacation. To ensure their trip is as smooth and flawless as possible. Be available to the client to help in any way, from the beginning planning stages of their trip until the very end of their trip.
What would your pet say about you if we asked for a reference?
You mean a rufferance? ? They would say I have a big heart, very loving, and am a great caretaker.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Change your thinking, change your life. Your thoughts become your reality.

The coast of Southern Italy, always one of my favorite sceneries.
What is your favorite travel memory?
There is nothing more memorable than your first safari experience.
What is your favorite travel documentary?
A series on Netflix called Jack Whitehall: Travels with my Father. It’s very entertaining and hilarious.
Finally, what is your ultimate dream/bucket list adventure?
Oh my goodness, so many, how do I choose? Thailand is definitely at the top!
