Cape Cod

“The sights, sounds, and flavors make Cape Cod the perfect summertime destination!  I love digging for clams along the shoreline, whale watching, enjoying outdoor concerts, and of course, eating clam bakes and lobster rolls. The Chatham Main Street Parade on July 4th is always a highlight of my summer.” – Jolene

Kiawah

“Kiawah is a quiet beach town 30 minutes outside of Charleston, SC. It’s perfectly situated so you can do a combo getaway of nature and city. Savor the fantastic eateries and cocktail bars in Charleston then enjoy the nature reserve observing wildlife while kayaking/paddleboarding, crabbing, or fishing on Kiawah. Boating is a magical experience and for our Africa travelers, you’ll be reminded of Botswana cruising through the marsh.” – Isabelle

Ireland

“One of my favorite summer memories is visiting Ireland, the weather is great…not too hot! There is so much fun to be had driving around the Island to visit the sights like The Ring of Kerry and staying in a fabulous Castle is an experience you’ll remember forever. Undoubtedly, Dublin is one of the most fun cities I’ve traveled to, especially during the summer. If you go, be sure to enjoy the history and of course the local Temple Bar pubs!” – Amanda

Italy – Lake Como

“There is truly nothing better than enjoying an afternoon with family and friends overlooking Lake Como at Isla Comancina! Enjoy a family-style meal alfresco while basking in the sun and marveling at the amazing vistas before you. We have done this numerous times and the experience never grows old. You arrive in style after being picked up by your private boat in Bellagio and admire the “summer” lake homes along the way. This is truly La Dolce Vita!” – Michelle

“I have to agree with Michelle – it’s hard to beat Lake Como in the summertime. The lake itself is the perfect channel for boating and day trips to the other cities dotted along the shore, and if you’re feeling warm, we enjoy a dip at the private beaches or pool at your resort. Grand Hotel Tremezzo has a spectacular pool overlooking the water plus you’re only a short drive away from Southern Switzerland and Lavertezzo is one of the most picturesque places I’ve ever seen!” – Ali

Croatia

“Croatia is simply magical and their cruising season along the coast coincides nicely with our summer. This country is full of fun activities, dazzling water and has remote small towns that feel untouched by time. One of my favorite things to do is to take out a private gulet charter and explore the bright blue seas.” – Mike
