Meet Marianne Martz: mmartz@admiraltravel.com
A little background:
I grew up and went to school in Indiana. After college I did post graduate work in Travel & Tourism at George Washington University. By then I knew travel would not only be my business, but also my passion.
What are your key accomplishments in the field?
Earlier in my career my niche was in Group Travel, taking medical and scientific groups around the world. Once I settled in Florida, I expanded my clientele to specialize in planning and escorting tours for Botanical Gardens, Performing Arts Centers and University Alumnae organizations. These days I love to advise clients on cruises that I feel best suits their travel dreams, and I am a frequent Virtuoso Voyages Host on Crystal, Seabourn, Silversea and Regent Cruises.
What’s your approach to customer service?
I feel every detail in of extreme importance when it comes to travel. I try to not only meet my clients’ expectations on their travel but to exceed it. So, I listen to my clients to learn how to best serve them. And of course, keep them up to date and stay in touch with them throughout the travel planning.
What would your pet say about you if we asked for a reference?
My dog better say that I am the best ever.
