As you’ve no doubt heard, in January, Crystal Cruises announced that it has suspended operations for its Ocean and Expedition ships through April 29, 2022, with River cruises suspended through the end of May 2022. Suspending operations will provide Crystal’s management team with an opportunity to evaluate the current state of business and examine various options moving forward.
Admiral Travel International is heartbroken with this news, as for nearly 25 years our firm has enjoyed a wonderful partnership with this special brand. We believe wholeheartedly that there will be a happy resolution to this story and hope that time allows them to sort out this difficult situation.
For all cancellations through May 31, 2022, refunds will be issued from Crystal Cruises automatically. No action is required on your part. For bookings June 1 and beyond, if you are comfortable we strongly suggest waiting for further information about your sailing.
