August 21, 2022 – Option 1

Souvlaki Cooking Class

There’s nothing Greeks love more than good souvlaki and during your culinary famous adventure, you will learn how to make this Greek street food. Your experience starts with a private transfer from a central location to a private residence, located just 10 minutes from the Town of Mykonos. During our cooking class, you will have the opportunity to learn about the Mykonian culture, history, culinary traditions and festivals and also learn typical words used by the locals to describe their food while sipping a glass of Greek wine. Together with your chef and teacher you will marinate, assemble, and grill the traditional pork or chicken skewers, make tzatziki, cut fresh vegetables to stuff your pita bread and wrap it. You can ask questions so you can recreate them all when you are back home. Once everything is cooked and flavors are soaked up, it’s time to gather around the table with your handmade masterpieces, sharing feelings and laughter as Mykonians do.

Shellfish Experience With Wine Sommelier

Enjoy an abundance of oysters and clams, handpicked from local fishermen every morning from Mykonos Island. We will meet in a central location and drive to a beautiful sandy beach to enjoy delicious Mykonian oysters and clams with iced Tsipouro and Ouzo spirits, white wine or champagne. During the experience you can jump in to the crystal clear water of the Aegean sea to refresh yourself. The set up is a picnic style, to give you an authentic oyster experience on the beach. August 22, 2022 – Private Tour of Santorini Wine Roads

Santorini is home to a small but flourishing, wine industry and what better way to discover the magical world of the therian volcanic wines than by visiting the island’s wineries. Your tour begins with a scenic tour around Santorini, where you will enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the picturesque whitewashed villages along your route. You will also visit an established family winery, where you will be given a fascinating glimpse into the production of Santorini wine under the guidance of an experienced Sommelier, starting with the selection and variety of the grapes and ending with bottling the finished wine. You will be able to taste several varieties of wines produced on the island, including one of the most renowned ones – the sweet Vin Santo. Since no wine tasting would be complete without food, all the wines are expertly paired with meze style bites, making this tour a memorable experience for all your senses.

August 24, 2022 – Bodrum Gulet Sailing with Gourmet Lunch

Meet your guide at the pier and a short walk will bring you to embarkation point for your gulet adventure. It’s all aboard a typical boat (“gulet”) to cruise among the Bodrum Peninsula’s magnificent coves. Wood is the featured element of this stylish and graceful vessel, which is both fitted for comfort and bursting with character. Cruise in style along the spectacular coastline and explore the secluded bays and coves of the Bodrum area, where thousands of shades of blue and green mingle seamlessly. The chef will prepare lunch made from the finest fresh local ingredients so you can indulge in the ultimate al fresco dining experience—a delicious lunch accompanied by local wines.
